Big Stone Garlic ships via Priority USPS, unless other arrangements have been made with the customer. Once our store is open, we ship orders as soon as possible after the order and payment have been received to ensure the purchase is delivered fresh.

Big Stone Garlic takes steps to ensure that your perishable food item is delivered fresh and in good shape. However, we have no control over shipping conditions. Big Stone Garlic is not responsible for lack of freshness due to shipping conditions. Please call to arrange alternative shipping if you have concerns at (715) 265-4409.

Return & Exchange Policy
All perishable food orders are final. As this is a perishable product, there are no product or money back guarantees, and we cannot accept returns.

Once the shipment is placed on the truck, Big Stone Garlic is no longer responsible for the shipment. We do what we can to ensure that the product arrives in great shape. Big Stone Garlic is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, any shipping carrier, any delays or spoilage caused by adverse weather conditions.
