Inchelium Seed Garlic bulbs are large and used for planting, averaging 6-8 bulbs per pound. This variety often forms a double row of cloves, with 10-12 large cloves on the outside and 6-8 smaller "bonus cloves" on the inside. We recommend planting the bigger cloves and using the smaller ones for cooking.
