Chesnok Red is a Purple Stripe hardneck variety with marbled purple and white skins. Culinary garlic bulbs are smaller than seed garlic bulbs and range in size from 1 1/2″ to 2″. Culinary Chesnok Red Garlic averages 5-7 bulbs per half pound. There are 6 to 9 cloves per bulb.
